We ship worldwide! Below is how shipping works for Glow Flex Fidget orders.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer.
2. Transit Estimates
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada / UK / EU / AU: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days
3. Shipping Cost
Free Worldwide Shipping on most orders. Any paid options (if available) will be shown at checkout.

5. Address Changes
Need to update your address? Email us ASAP at support@glowflexfidget.com. If your order has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible.
6. Delivery Issues
- Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors and wait 24 hours. If still missing, contact us and your local carrier.
- Stuck in transit: Many scans resolve within a few days. If it’s stalled beyond the estimate, reach out—we’ll assist.
- Wrong/insufficient address: Packages returned to sender can be reshipped once we receive a corrected address (additional postage may apply).
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs/VAT charges determined by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and item(s) and email us within 7 days. For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
